The hearing was called to order at 5:00 pm by Supervisor Nelson. Trustee Svacha led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.

absent; Dick Kosner, Trustee; Arthur Rice, Trustee; Roberta Svacha, Trustee.
Also present: Priscilla Rose, Township Clerk; Rebecca Tonigan, Township
Assessor; Tom Gooch, Township Highway Commissioner; Tim Murray, Township
attorney; Roy Svacha, Township resident.
Public comment
Nelson asked those in attendance if there was any public comment regarding
the amending of the Cuba Township Road District budget for fiscal 2008-2009.
There was none.
A motion was made by Trustee Svacha and seconded by Trustee Kosner to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 pm.
