Supervisor Nelson called the hearing to order at 6:45 pm.

Also present: Priscilla Rose, Clerk; Rebecca Tonigan, Assessor; Tom Gooch, Highway Commissioner; Tim Murray, Township attorney; Barbara Murphy, Township resident; Deb Broderick, Road District Intergovernmental Services Coordinator

There was no public comment.Adopt and Pass ordinance no. 11-O-02- Budget for Cuba Township Road District for fiscal year 2011-2012
Griffith asked Highway Commissioner Gooch several questions on the budget including the impact of high gasoline prices on the budget.A motion was made by Trustee Griffith and seconded by Trustee Rice to adopt ordinance no. 11-O-02-Budget for the Cuba Township Road District- Road and Bridge appropriations $539,500.00, Road Maintenance appropriations $2,326,500.00, total appropriation $2,866,000.00.
Roll call: Griffith-yes; Mumaw- yes; Rice- yes; Svacha- yes; Nelson- yes. Motion carried.Adjournment
